The weather has changed and Bainbridge Island is in full fall glory. There have been rainy days, but many gorgeous sunny ones with puffy clouds and mountain views. The migrating birds are showing off and the air is crisp and clean. This painting was done en plein air at the local community garden. I love the gesture and attitude of many flowers, especially these end-of-season, towering sunflowers. They definitely have something to say! Enjoy your autumn, take notice of nature's beauty.
